Five Daily Practices to Help You Achieve Your Goals

Being Yourself

The First Step in Becoming a Better You

Be All I Am is Your Single Source for Self-Enlightenment

Do you often think ‘there must be a better way to live, if only I knew what it was’? Possibly you don’t like the way the world is going. Or perhaps you have a recurring problem that remains unsolved, no matter what you try. Be All I Am is for you if you seek to be yourself and take responsibility for the quality of your life. In this increasingly virtual and uncertain world, we have a great need to connect with ourselves and with the universe. Be All I Am offers simple methods of self-cultivation and self-empowerment. It can help you find and live your life’s purpose – for the betterment of humanity. Be All I Am is not a religion, a cult or a ‘way out’ alternative. It is a straightforward set of methods developed by a man who spent his life studying the world and its philosophies.
Master John Audet based his teaching on the ancient Tao philosophy of simplicity, patience and compassion. A belief that there is natural flow to life and with this flow, a certain harmony with the Universe. Through Be All I Am he offers you a way of achieving calm and discovering what is right and wrong for you. A way for you to develop the discipline to resist the many temptations of the modern world and get back to basics. Reconnect with the “real world”.
It’s not just a rigid discipline or regime that you must follow without question. It’s a way of life that you can tailor to your particular needs. Your chosen self-discipline can help you improve your physical and mental well being, find happiness, contentment and fulfilment in your life.

The Five Daily Practices

We start with the Five Daily Practices. They can take you as little twenty minutes per day but they can set you up with a positive outlook and a more productive, fullfilled day.

The Five Daily Practices are five distinct exercises that are done during the course of a day. Each exercise has a specific purpose. They each incorporate the conscious mind and the physical body and encourage each to work together and activate those parts of your inner self that are not apparent or obvious to the everyday self. Each exercise does not necessarily take the same amount of time to perform nor do they independently achieve the same result. In fact each one can be remarkably different. Each is performed in a different part of the day. And although these exercises are connected and form part of your day, as your needs change and so do these exercises. Each exercise has a specific function that contributes to a cohesive whole. A brief summary of each practice is shown below. For a detailed overview and guide to each exercise click here.

The Five Efforts

The Five Efforts should also be performed daily, they enhance and compliment the work you have already done with the Daily Practices. They are a simple five-step philosophy with a series of mental or spiritual exercises designed to open your mind and improve your mental and physical well being. They don’t take a lot of time and can be performed almost anywhere, in a park, on the beach, just sitting somewhere quiet or even when riding the bus to work. The five efforts follow a natural progression from one concept to another. They are not just something to think about. They are something to do.
