Balancing
Your Energy
You need time to balance your inner self

Balancing
At the end of each day it must be a time for you to let go of your work load and settle your state of being. You need time to balance your inner self.
Every day of your life is dominated by a barrage of analytical, conscious decisions. Whether your day has been almost entirely physical or entirely mental or a combination of both, you have been expending your energy. Playing and socializing also ways that you expend psychic, mental and emotional energy.
For the most part your day may have been one of output. The spending of your resources, the giving of yourself. Your mental capacities have been called on. Your emotions have been tested and there has been physical exertion. The extent that your personal stocks have been employed may have taken then to their maximum. This may have caused you to overspend and delved into your reserves. These things must be taken into account and adjusted.
The Nine Minute Quiet
Every day is an ebb and flow throughout which you are in a constant state of change. You give and you take. When you give more than you have on hand and subsequently use your reserves, you will feel the after effects. These depleted areas will need to be remedied before being repaired during sleep. On the other hand you may not have used everything that you had to give. You must also adjust and let things go before sleep. Not using everything you have available to you is just as serious a matter as overuse all misuse. You have taken more from you environment then you are able to use. You are not entitled to do so. You must give it back. You have been given insufficiently of yourself and have taken something that is not yours. The result, you have not been able to let go of the essential elements that will hinder your own completeness. Everything is a system of giving and taking. If you take, you must give in kind. If you do not give of yourself what you keep will be the wrong ingredients for your happiness.
Make Time at The End of Your Day
Make time at the end of the day, before the repair stage of sleep is entered into to adjust and balance the different areas that you have used throughout the day. Tensions, problems and worries all have to be released. If your mind has overspent its resources in one area and has had to draw from somewhere else to make up the difference, then your inner self has had to realize that there is no longer any need for it to continue to do this. Your subconscious, when you allow it to, Will prepare the way for you to balance out these facilities and repair during sleep. The reason for balancing at the end of the day is to educate those areas that have being over used and to readjust to a wholesome level. Let go of those things accumulated that you cannot use. This will give you the space to acquire what you need. Sleep will repair if all systems acknowledge the need and are ready to accept the healing.
The period immediately preceding sleep is the important one. If all of your functions have not finished their daily chores, they will continue to work through the night. The result will be that neither the day’s work nor the night’s sleep will be done satisfactorily. All your working functions must be used or let go before sleep. If you did not you have not functioned in perfect accord with your well-being. At the end of the day it is time to let go what you don’t need, adjust what you have over spent and prepare the way to replenish and repair.
The procedure described in the following section is to show you a way that you can make this balance possible. Like everything in life if you don’t make an effort then you will not succeed. This part of the day is not difficult, it is very easy. It can however sometimes be inconvenient and could put you out but then if you don’t participate in your life how can you expect to change it.
The Quality of Your Life is up to You
This exercise when done the way that I am about to explain it takes less than nine minutes. Why nine minutes? Because you are going to control the function so that is all it takes. It involves movement and non-movement. It involves effort without effort. It involves adjustment without confrontation.
A time limit is important. It is your way of keeping absolute control. You need to feel safe and know that is your wish to bring about changes, not someone else’s or a set of circumstances. Knowing that you control the procedure from start to finish and that your well being is being directed by yourself will enable you to shed any fears of letting yourself find peace.
You are free to acquire those things necessary at whatever level for your happiness.
The exercise is performed in three sections:
a) A moving conscious section
b) A quiet static section
c) A moving conscious section
Each of these sections has its own identity and purpose, each of which shall be obvious once you are practicing regularly.
